When can I expect to receive my subscription box?
HER Box will ship by the 1st of each month. Once your box ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. USPS is our shipping carrier and can take up to 7 business days to deliver.
When will I be charged for my subscription box?
You will be charged for your first box at the initial time of purchase. Future charges for HER Box will take place on the 14th of each month.
How do I make changes to my subscription?
Changes to your shipping address and payment information can be made by logging in to your subscription account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancellations must be done before the 14th of each month in order to avoid charges. Please log in to your subscription account and select 'manage' if you wish to cancel your subscription.
Do you accept returns?
If you experience any issues with HER Box please reach out to customerservice@beherbrand.com within 72 hours of receiving your box.
I wasn’t able to get a box this month, will I have another opportunity in the future?
Are HER Boxes sold out? Please sign up for our waitlist here. We will email you when subscriptions open and because you joined our waitlist, you will have the opportunity to sign up before everyone else!
I’m interested in having my product featured in your box, how do I start the process?
We are continuously looking for women owned businesses to partner and build a relationship with. If you are interested in having your product or service featured in a HER box, please email collaboration@beherbrand.com.
